We stand behind our portable dance floors with a 3-Year Warranty on panels and trim. SICO® Portable-Dancefloors.com Warranty SICO® America, Inc., Minneapolis fully warrants all portable dance floors to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a minimum period of three years from the date of delivery. Product defects arising from faulty materials or unsatisfactory workmanship will be replaced or repaired to a serviceable condition free of charge to the original purchaser for said period of three years, providing the products have been properly installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's printed maintenance instructions attached to every SICO® dance floor. The foregoing is SICO's® exclusive warranty with respect to the dance floors. SICO® MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, and makes no other warranties except for the warranties expressly set forth above. All repairs and returns must be approved, in writing, by the factory before action is taken.
